SHIPPING POLICY

A flat rate fee of $9 will be added to your total upon checkout

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All Sales are final. However we are happy to work with you to exchange damaged or defective due to shipping, manufacturing, or workmanship. 

We will NOT provide monetary refunds for products.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED VIA SHIPPING: Products that are broken or damaged upon receipt of delivery will need to be reported via email (Blacksheeplures@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receipt of the products. You will need to provide your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged lures in your email for damage claims. Upon receipt of your claim you will be contacted regarding your claim within 24-48 hours. Once a representative has spoken with you regarding your claim you will need to mail the damaged goods back to Black Sheep Lures (17410 CR22 Goshen IN 46528). Upon receipt of the damaged products new products will be shipped to you at no cost and a refund for your return shipping costs will be provided to you. 

MANUFACTURER ERROR: We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product please notify us via email (Blacksheeplures@gmail.com) and provide your name, the defect or manufacturing/workmanship issue, and pictures showing the defects claimed for the product. If you would like a replacement you should mail the products to (17410 CR22 Goshen, IN 45628). and one of us will work with you to provide you with a replacement of the original product.
